If a dispute occurs, how does Taskcity deal with it?

Disputes are rare at taskcity. We encourage the two parties to strive for a solution independently, but we will also intervene if necessary.We will not appraise the quality of work. We can only track the progress of projects according to milestones provided in the contract and then resolve the dispute in accordance with the terms and rules.

How does Taskcity protect intellectual property rights?

Every party involved in project will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement in order to protect your IP rights. You can also draft your own confidentiality agreement with your expert.

You can use instant messenger tools to communicate with the buyer, but we suggest that you use Email and Taskcity Mail to contact the buyer.

How do I get my payment?

Taskcity has a user-friendly payment system. Taskcity will host the buyer's project payment according to the project milestones. Each time you finish a milestone, the related money will be added to your account. At present, Taskcity only supports two paying methods :Alipay and Paypal.
