I need a video streaming website created for me
that allows vistors to watch my videos online
The site needs the following features
1. 5 star rateing
2. comments
3. favourite videos
I already have a design that can be used/adapted but i need
the back end created.
I am on a very tight budget
i need some one who is reliable and can work to deadlines
without excuses.
what i need to know from you is how long it will
take to create the site. I dont mind useing a template
as long as the script is good.
