I have the Illustrator file and the reference photo. Should take someone competent in Illustrator less then 30 minutes. <br/>Project #2 I will need a character created. A Frilled Dragon created into human form. I have examples of what the client does and does not like. I have the Illustrator file for this project as well.<br/>For those whose bids interest me I will send the art to you so that you can get a feel for the projects prior to finalizing a bid.
