Need cellphone program that can be used on all cellphones with JAVA to communicate with our bluetooth device
Project will be a software using JAVA Netbeans IDE which can be used by ANY cellphone that has JAVA enabled
Software will have 3 major tasks:
1- Establish communication with our hardware through bluetooth
2- Sends request commands to our device using bluetooth
3- Receives responses from our device through bluetooth and displays results on cellphone screen
Notes:
* Data protocols To/From our device will be provided
* Menu structures will be provided
* Data reading could be either LIVE data or stored data
* Other details will be provided during the bidding process to programmers
