Update Facebook & Twitter account using article title & article's URL once you add
new article to Joomla!... you will see “Twitter account has just been updated”...
and of course the update will be a tweet on twitter.

Integrated with FB

Automatically posts to twitte/FB when new article are saved

Option to automatically posts to twitter/fb when old article are updated & saved
Automatically truncates titles if the tweet exceeds 140 characters
Automatically creates and appends the tweet with a tinyurl OR bit.ly link to the article (this will be an option for the end user)
Option to limit tweets by section id
Option to limit tweets by category id
Option to limit tweets by user id

You must make this extension flexible to this fact: there will be a free version offered with all the features listed above, and there will be an option to upgrade to a paid version, with the added bonus features below:
The ability to schedule tweets to be updated at different times. for example: 10 new articles are posted, but they will be updated on twitter 10 minutes apart, or at whatever time the user chooses to.
Method to enter bit.ly username and api key in the administration for link tracking.
The ability to assign twitter updates to different twitter accounts for example: account 1 can post category 1,2,3 &4 while account 2 can post category 2,6,7&8...etc.
A module that displays the latest posted articles

A module that displays the most clicked articles (click stats from bit.ly)
There is already a component/plugin that can do most of the things on this list, you can base the new extension from this one
