<br/>We are looking for someone to create a full flash site which can be updated via XML. The site itself must be very well designed (something like drawingart.org ), and the XML features must be well implemented. Site needs to be fully programmed. Be creative and unique. All sections of the site must be XML enabled for updates. A custom CMS would be even better but XML is the minimum we accept. Deep linking is also a big must.<br/><br/><br/>Payment terms are $50 upon acceptance of proposal (acceptance will only be given once we see your mock up design ideas for our site), and the rest will be paid once project is fully apporved by us (maximum budget for this project is $700). FLA, PSD and other files will need to be sent. The project must be totally bug free, the PSD file must be well structured as must the FLA file and any other file. All work has to be unique, no copying and no using ready made things. We will also require a detailed manual of how the site should be updated. If you use music, or a picture not yours, you must make sure you have the relevant licence, copyright. We will not tolerate anything else. Once we pay you all rights to the files will be 100% ours. That means that you wont be able to show this work in your portfolio, emails, mock ups etc. It will be 100% our right.<br/><br/><br/>If you believe you can do this then give us information about who you are, what you can do, timeframe etc.<br/><br/>Send samples of previous work. We will not accept any bids without samples and prior works. We will also start accepting mock ups of the design immediately. Also, serious bidders will be required to provide us with a mock up design that they plan to use before we decide.<br/><br/><br/>Only serious bidders who can deliver the sort of quality we are looking for should bid. Remember, quality is of the utmost importance, we simply cannot stress it enough.<br/><br/><br/>Future work will be forthcoming if the bidder who wins provides us with the right work.<br/><br/><br/>Regards<br/><br/>
