<br/> This project is like sitepal, with basic features.<br/>We need someone to create "five animated flash characters" that can be used as talking heads.<br/>(preferably 2 females and 3 males)<br/>The project is to create a web based software that will have five talking heads that<br/>will read out the text entered into a box.<br/>** You must use windows default "text to speech" engines - multiple voices.<br/>The user must be able to:<br/>1) Select the animated characters<br/>2) Then select the voice<br/>3) Click preview where the video will display with the selected talking head<br/>reading the text entered into the box with the voice selected.<br/>4) Then the user must be able to save the video file to desktop<br/>(flv or mpg or one of the other popular formats)<br/>Here are some examples of what we are looking for:<br/>http://www.sendspace.com/file/3yklgc<br/>Serious bidders only.
