Here are changes I need done to my website www.mechanidbids.com

1. When someone registers as a Mechanic, can you make it so it is a subscription account? I will need to control the price for the subscription, and the duration. It should also have an automatic re-occurring payment. This feature should be in my admin section (which is online based), so that i can choose whether to turn this feature on or off. I will need payment processors set up.
2. I would also like to implement a type of Winning Bidder Pays system. where in if you are the winning bidder, you must pay a set amount (this can either be a percentage or just a dollar amount....i want the option to choose which, and what percentage or dollar amount) to receive the Customers contact information. This feature should also be in my admin section, so that i can choose whether to turn this feature on or off.
3. After I winning bid has been paid for, through the Winning Bidder Pays system, then after payment, I need a system that will send the Customers contact info to the winning bidder.
4. When registering as a Mechanic please remove the Additional Contact Details area. (yahoo, MSN, etc...) I only wish communication through my website.
5. Also, when registering as either a Mechanic or Customer Please make an area to input zip code, and make the city, state, and zip code fields a requirement.
6. When a customer posts a job, can you make an option for them to show only Mechanics bids that are in the same zip code as the customer, or let them type in a zip code. But all Mechanics will be allowed to bid. Consider this as simply a bid filter, in which the customer can choose which zip code they wish to see. All other bids will be hidden, if this option is selected.
7. when adding a new user through my admin page, I am currently not able to do any changes unless the balance amount is zero, I need this changed so that zero is accepted.

If you can do these things quickly and at a reasonable rate, I WILL have more work for you in the future. There may even be changes during the course of this, but that will be worked out and payment will be made for any changes not listed above.
