Currently in Ireland there is a scheme call bike2work. I have a client who owns a large cycle chain. They are going around the country signing up companies to participate in the project. They need an automated online system to help the administration of each project. I need this web based system built and it is urgent. below is an overview of the system and I can discuss in depth with possible candidates.

Here is the process as we see it

Company signs up with Bike2Work. Name, address, BRN (Company Reg Number), Invoicing frequency, username and password stored in our Database (DB)

Employee logs onto site and enters Company name and BRN and (company employee id??) and details of Bike and accessories (Bike shop should be in a drop down menu read from our DB)

Email with employee details and quotation details is then triggered and sent to HR department and quotation stored in our DB

HR department reply (ticking Approved or Rejected) or click on a link (one of 2 approved or rejected)

Invoice details stored in our DB and invoice sent to HR based on invoicing frequency.

When invoice paid details get updated in our DB and email is sent to employee with electronic voucher

SMS, email or FAX sent to bike shop confirming employee name and valid electronic voucher number
