I have a web site that needs a look. Currently runs TNG as the backend which is using a template for the front end. I have determined I want to use joombla or php equivalent (I forget the name of the other related cms systems) for the site proper. While customizing a template to look like the main site for the sub site which will house the database, tng backend, for our family history project.
Basically I am looking for something that once launched, the main site will be easy for someone of moderate to no skill to run. Leaving me to focus strictly on the back end of the (sub)site.
This is a non profit project, as such will be paid by credit card via paypal.
