I need to make a "Magento Theme" to have the same structure and design as this page: www.dhgate.com
Home to be properly structured with certain elements has DHGate, and used JQyery and Menu (all), as has also DHgate.
It is the request only customization of theme, with layouts and Blocks, but not any change or configuration in Magento admin.
This is a request only for Magento experts (not amateur) and you must prove that you have experience with this Open Soruce.
