<br/> I need to build a site where people in need of certain financial services (Group A) can post a specific single request for service, and where service providers (Group B) can review and respond to requests of those within their specialty. Similar in structure to this site (freelancer.com) but not nearly as complex, and with a much smoother interface (please!). Contact between Group A and Group B members via blind email.<br/>A free site to begin with, but the ability for me to charge various fees later on must be built in. For example, I'm thinking that I might provide free postings by Group A members initially, and eventually charge a fee later on. Also, I want to have the option of changing the number of postings allowed. Site will contain AdSense code.<br/>So, basically, there are two main groups:<br/>1. Those in need of service (Group A)<br/>2. Those who can provide service (Group B)<br/>Services are financial in nature and posters will select specific items from pull down menus, to be listed with their requests.<br/>Members must fill out simple registration form and be registered in order to post any request or make an offer, and the site must be secured from spam-postings, porn offers, viruses, etc.<br/>Site should be easy for Admin to manage (without allowing admin to accidentally destroy site); easy for me to modify design as I please. Admin can oversee postings, and can remove, ban, or edit members or postings as necessary, even answer questions from members or prospective members.<br/>You can utilize pre-made site software such as dating site software (which seems similar in concept) or anything else suitable, or can build php, etc., from scratch, whichever you like. I don't think a forum format will work for my needs.<br/>Must have excellent English skills, though I will author/edit all written text myself. Must be able to demonstrate prior similar projects, and complete within 30 days from start.<br/>Thanks for your consideration!<br/>
