This is my general idea, I'd like some experts to give me advices and bring them to life.

We need an App to tell us where is the cheapest gas anywhere. No matter where you are at you can log on and get the prices of the cheapest gas. , I'm very new to the the process of making the apple app that i want. so I'm not sure about the budget, I wondered if there is a way where I can log on and feed this information to the app. For example, I will give average of gas in the counties of the unites states. I need some ideas to pull this off.

The app should pull the current rates on Shell, Chevron, BP and so on giving the app user the ability to compare prices.
