Objectives

Flippa.com clone- Custom website that will be designed similar to flippa but with a better and fresher look to it but still follwing Flippa's features as well as a escrow system + affiliation module. Here is two user buyer & seller, buyer can post their website/domain/ebook/ and seller can buy from them as per requirements.

admin should be able to specify (configurable) a listing price and the seller must deposit cash before hand to list.

Must be installed on an appropriate web host ready for transfer into my control.

Site theme must be black and white but witha modern and fresh look.

Fee's to be payed by users will be done with a credit system which translates into Paypal.

Site in 1 language: english

Front end service covers a wide range of features comprising of:

1. A homepage with logo: graphic requirements are to create a site with a graphic similar to Flippa.com but with different in colors and logo that ll be originally created by you.
