<br/> Short Description and Reference<br/>The project is a website (portal) for customers looking for vacation homes and for home owners who can post their property for rent. Customer initiates inquiry from front page or advanced search and the website outputs best matches to customer's criteria. The output must be highly customizable for the customer to further refine the search (ex. Pricing high to low, 1-2 bedroom to 3-4 etc.). Customer's can have registered account and search with the search and purchase history saved in their accounts (We can use this information for marketing to send promotion emails to customers based on their preferences) and no registration purchases. Customers are not being charged and they are not required to register. We only provide them free information about available homes meeting their requirements. The final contract will be made between two parties those are customers and home owners. Hereby we limit our responsibility or liability.<br/>The Home owners or Property owners will have registered only login to the website. After logging in first time they will have to fill out number fields(text boxes, check boxes etc, we will have to make this part as easy for home owner as possible) about their property. We have to consider that the home owner may have multiple homes, this means that we may have to create groups per person or even multiple groups per person whereas each group may contain multiple home listings. After entering all required information (days available, price, home description, upload pictures) the home owner can save it and should be able to access that information anytime and edit any of the fields.<br/>We have to setup a credit card charging functionality in the website. Whether we will charge the customer (Home Owner) or we will hire 3th party merchant to do this for us.
