Develop an Android app for my new book. Currently have a (PDF) file and a (ePub) format is required. The apps has the following features.

3: paypal.com or google to purchase after reading a chapter or excerpt
4: read a sample chapter or excerpt before purchase
5: make notes and save it
6: share (gmail, messaging, facebook, twitter)
7: index of chapters
8: night reading
9: audio (optional)
10: increase size of text
