Need experienced person to build a comunity / social web site. Site requirement:
1) Must include forum, blog, chat, news feed, picture albulm and etc. popular social tools.
2) Must be able to constantly update home page with news, chat contents, vedios and/ or other messages.
3) Ability to easily add/edit ads placement.
May go with any poluar CMS, must be easy-maintanence and update.
