<br/>I am looking for someone to redesign a web based CRM program that I am a member of called Top Producer.<br/><br/><br/><br/>The Goal is to really simplify the system and make the user interface much easier, all designed with open source such as joomla, PHP My SQL<br/><br/><br/>I will provide access to the site through my user name and password from on certain Days as it only allows access to one user at a time, and realize you will need to view the program as well as some of the training tools in order to fully understand and provide an accurate quote.<br/><br/><br/>I would like to make some improvements, and changes to the site as an improvement and stand alone website for my growing team. I do have a list of the following Must Haves and definitely not necessary<br/><br/><br/><br/>Must Haves<br/><br/><br/>Dashboard that will appear at the top of each page with radial gauges for the following categories;<br/><br/>Emails Sent, Calls Made Appointments, Letters Sent, Listings, and Sales. The gauges will change form Green (Ahead of user defined goals) to Yellow (just behind user defined goals) to red (well behind the user defined goals)<br/><br/><br/>Email reminders for scheduled calls at intervals determined by the (Plan) selected that are sent to the user/member that will contain the all the relevant contact information as well as the past 5 conversation notes form the database. (It would be nice to make notes and indicate that the task was completed to be tracked by the system. And<br/><br/><br/>Letter/email library similar but not as robust as the Top Producer site. But still functional with merge coding (we can explore just how many templates or relevant templates in the future)<br/><br/><br/>MLS Integration for members to allow their listings and sales to be automatically populated into the database (source of data will be available from each members real estate board)<br/><br/><br/><br/>Not necessary<br/><br/><br/>Financial Tab and all that goes with it<br/><br/>Plans manger to be simplified to contain 10-15 different plans with fewer customized options<br/><br/>The template library can drop newsletters brochures presentations, flyers (keeping only letters, envelopes and emails)<br/><br/>Drop the Mobile Tab and all there is involved in it<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Drip email that can either be internal or integrated into Aweber.com but will still be operated from within the site and scheduled within the site and<br/><br/><br/>Contact webforms that can be embedded into the users own website that will automatically populate to the system as well as add the appropriate activity plan as defined by the user.<br/><br/><br/>Branding flexibility, areas of the site that the user can upload headers, footers, photos etc that will be used in the drip email and the letters library.<br/><br/><br/>
