<br/> We have a PSD we need converted to Joomla. Here are the specifics:<br/>• PSD supplied by us, you will make some slight changes before making it a Joomla template (figure 2 hours at most – PMB for more details)<br/>• Template to be integrated/installed into latest version of Joomla – NO LEGACY MODE<br/>• CSS-based, should load quickly - no huge images, etc. Has to be professional.<br/>• Multiple module positions – specified by us in a screenshot – probably about 15. We will want some different styles for headings for modules and stuff like that.<br/>• Very professional slicing job – no amateur stuff<br/>• Will need a right side bar that is collapsible – not in PSD but you can add it.<br/>• Your bid should include a nice drop down menu at the top nav<br/>• Typography, etc, through CSS should be high-end, professional, and within the corporate stylesheet we provide. We may want to use outside fonts but will help with that if need be.<br/>Finally we require a provider with Joomla experience who is a good communicator and speaks OK English.<br/>Don’t think you can deliver to 80 or 90 percent of the project goals and get away with it. No shortcuts allowed, we will find them (and then probably won’t pay) – we know Joomla too and just need additional manpower on this project.<br/>Turnaround time you promise should be what you deliver.
