I don't know how to price this or what is possible?
Maybe we just start this as an iphone app and expand it later?
We have 'dress up sites' and we produce 'dress up games'.

We are looking to make an app that can play these simple dress up games. Every few days we would add new games to the app. The app would provide as many of these dress up games as possible.
We would make the games if we know what is required to meet the format.
If the app could provide ad revenue great, if not, at least it will promote a website.
