We are looking to build a 2 part mortgage site. In actuality they are 2 related domains where information is passed from one domain to another all on the same webhost.

1. Part 1 of the site captures incoming mortgage leads on a basic form that takes in basic information. We have the existing graphics from a joomla template but want to convert the site over to PHP so we can easily add content for SEO and keywords to conquer. The main sales page is simply going to be a video and a sign up form. Each keyword page will be the same video with the same form and then with the article below. It's pretty straight forward. This site is about functionality and conversions.

2. Part 2, we use that information to relist the leads onto a second domain automatically with mortgage leads for sale. We need the SQL to transfer this automatically. The leads will be sold in two ways a) exclusively where one buyer owns that lead and no one else can bid on it. b) shared where one buyer can buy that lead but other people can as well. We have an integrated shopping cart and would also be looking for a way to integrate this with the database so that once a lead is sold exclusively it is removed from the database and once it is sold shared, it is also displayede the number of times it has been sold. We're not looking for anything too fancy. Just basic back end programming.

Our domains are for capturing leads 1. canadarates.ca and for selling those leads 2. mortgagestorecanada.com (currently empty). The 2nd site would be comparable to canadaleads.ca/store/leads.aspx. We want to offer a similar list of leads but have better filtering tools for the leads (simpler drop down menus, etc).

For this job, we require someone who is quick, efficient and cost effective. If you are effective both financially and with the project, we'll be retaining you full time for work as we have a back log of website projects and businesses to be completed.
