<br/> I am looking to create a social networking site where college students (and fans of colleges) can sign up under their favorite college and be linked to that network (like facebook). This site would be totally unique from facebook, however and I would love to work with someone who is an expert at programing and good at making applications. I need for members to be able to upload pictures and videos and be able to vote on the best in different categories. I also want the site to have a very nice forum for member to leave messages and talk to each other. I need to own the rights to everything in the site, domain name, server, logos and everything else as I have a lot of ideas and need the ability to expand the site. I believe I have a really great idea so I am seeking someone who would be equally excited to build a website that has the potential to be as popular as facebook! That being said I am hesitant to give away all of my ideas. I would need the designer to sign a contract also someone proficient in SEO, ad placement, and maybe copyrighting would be great.<br/>
