We want to make the following website www.caserecord.eu - which is a forum based website built in PHP - available for the iPhone, Blackberry, HTC and Windows Mobile. The project will also involve creating required web services.
We are interested in solutions that utilise PhoneGap (www.phonegap.com) and want to deal with developers with experience of this platform.
We will require proper documentation for what is developed (we will provide examples of what we expect).
We are able to provide support and feedback daily during the course of the project.
We expect developers interested in bidding for this work to take a good look at Case Record first.To be more specific, we want to bring over (almost) all the navigational options and functions available if possible.
Users must be able to:
Register
Log in
View 'My Case Records' and navigate to individual Case Records (CRs)
Navigate to a specific Group within a CR
View the communications wall and select content by last 7 days etc as per site
View All - as available in Groups navigation
View the Documents area, including View All Documents
Open documents published in the communications wall
Create a new message or reply to a message
Subscribers only - Create a new CR or Group
Subscribers only - Invite members to a Group - done in 'Manage Group Members'
Guest users - Accede to invitations (existing Group members must first accede to new members being invited before invites are sent) - done in 'View Group Members
We would not need functionality such as:
Selection of key documents in Documents area
Subscription - this can be handled via a browser in the usual way
Edit CR or Group description
Looking at the Facebook app for iPhone, the navigation is simple (we could well adopt something similar in style) and the 'newsfeed' option looks most like what we need for our Group communications wall.

Kindly bid for any platform you can build app for.. iPhone? Blackberry? HTC ? Windows mobile?

Kindly provide me your proposal for the same with your understanding of the project.
