1 SCOPE
The contractor shall develop an Blackberry application for Blackberry OS 4.5 or above. The application will internally read the calendar and execute simple actions. A complete specification shall be provided after the interested contractor signs an Non-Disclosure Agreement. Certain implementation and technical requirements of the project are up for negotiation with the winning developer.

2 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
At the conclusion of the project, a company representative shall verify and test the Blackberry application to the requirements listed in this specification and any agreed upon modifications before claiming the project is complete, and the agreed upon funds be disbursed.

The contractor shall offer three months of support after the funds have been disbursed. Support is defined as fixing/troubleshooting bugs, and does not include implementation of new features.

3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1 From hence forth the client is defined as contracting company and the contractor as the winning bidder
3.2 The application shall be developed to work and function correctly for Blackberry OS 4.5 or higher
3.3 The application shall not use any data connection to connect to an outside calendar, but instead use the SDK API逞ｴ to access the internal calendar.
3.4 The application shall have the option to auto start (when the phone is turned ON) and will run in the background
3.5 Due to the nature of the API's used, testing will need to be done on the actual hardware platform. The client, shall provide remote access to an actual hardware platform and will assist in testing.
3.6 The contractor shall have to agree and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement upon accepting this contract
3.7 The contractor shall specify the deadline of the project when bidding, if the deadline is determined to be reasonable by the client, this deadline shall be written into the contract.
