<br/> This project is for an end to end build and main of a database driven review website from scratch. The vision is broken into 2 phases the winning vendor of phase 1 providing they have done a reasonable job will get the 2nd piece which will be larger.<br/>1) Phase 1 ( this project you are bidding for)<br/>A full website with the review functionality of (glassdoor.com). The website must be very 2.0 feel similar to freelancer and glassdoor.com. It will have 5-6 static pages.<br/>It will have a pre-populated database of 10,000 companies that people can search by text, type etc. This should be a very simple search box similar to Jigsaw.com, linkedin glassdoor etc. On the homepage there should be a box of the latest 20 reviews where someone can click and view.<br/>People can view all reviews however if someone wishes to create a review they must register. They should have the option to post reviews as annomyous.<br/>There should be the ability for someone viewing it to report as inappropriate or follow ( follow requires registration) when following the member should receive notifications and updates of that company<br/>Key features on the admin side:<br/>Ability to delete a review<br/>Ability to email individuals or members<br/>Ability to edit the content on the site pages<br/>Must have key data attributes to capture in the form:<br/>5 fields of data with the ability to score out of 10..once review is captured it must calculate an average score for that review and also adjust the company profile to give an average score out of 10 for all reviews<br/>3 free text review boxes<br/>6 other datapieces with drop down ( must not be displayed on the review but must be captured on the database for phase 2 part of the project)<br/>Other critical items:<br/>- SEO Friendly<br/>- Google Sitemap set up<br/>-Initial submission to the search engines<br/><br/>Nice to have in 1st phase:<br/>Weekly email on recent reviews based on activity<br/>Bidders must demonstrate an understanding of the the requirements and provide references of prior projects ideally of review sites.
