The project is to format wikipedia.org so it can be display on a mobile phone friendly.

You may pass wikipedia each page into DOM and rearrange each block. See example: http://wapedia.mobi. You should at least do the same job as http://wapedia.mobi if not better. But you should not extract pages from wapedia.mobi, all pages should come from wikipedia.org directly and be formatted accordingly. A cookie may be set once when users select the language first time.

Other links on wapedia.mobi which are NOT related to wikipedia.org are not needed. An google ad page on the right is required. A simple logo design is also required for this project.

If you have some other better ideas to enhance wikipedia for mobile phones(no mobile app at this moment), please let me know also. If you idea is great, I may increase the budget for this project. You will be rewarded the project as well.

Since this is a very simple formatting project, I would prefer to see a working demo before I reward the project.

You need to know how to parse a HTML page into DOM and rearrage each component in order to accomplish this task. If you don't know how to do this, please don't bid on this project.

I will not pay upfront payment. The 50% payment will be paid when I see a working demo, another 50% will be paid when all PHP code is transfered to my server.
