<br/>This project is for: (1) layout consisting of (2) pages and (1) logo. Layout will consist of: (1) Primary page and (1) Sub page. Copy writing is not needed nor is server side scripting. Files must be sliced PSD not just PSDs.<br/><br/><br/>Coding to be done in either HTML 4.01 strict or HTML5 using either CSS2 or CSS3. Coding must be W3C valid (Both HTML and CSS). Coding should utilize DIVs and not tables (tableless design).<br/><br/><br/>Deliverables:<br/><br/>Upon completion of the project you will deliver all files associated with this project, including without limitation: Original PSD files, CSS files, HTML files, All graphics/images associated with this project, and any flash files. All deliverables will become property of my client to do with as they deem fit. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. My client will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.<br/><br/><br/>About the site/layout:<br/><br/>My client needs a real estate layout designed for their real estate business. Layout should be very clean and simple. Layout front page needs to include a slide show done in either Flash or jQuery similar to the slide show at: http://r.onlate.com/dCjR4G.<br/><br/>* If flash is used it should only be used for the front page slide show, nothing else.<br/><br/><br/>Details pertaining to the logo will be provided to the selected designer.<br/><br/><br/>Please feel free to ask any additional questions.<br/><br/><br/>** Please include your portfolio of previous layouts or design aspects that you have done or your bid will NOT be considered.
