Okay looking for a someone to make me a program that does simliar to this >> <a href="http://fishnet.com.au/default.aspx?id=227" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="this.style.textDecoration='underline'" onmouseout="this.style.textDecoration='none'" style="text-decoration: none" target="extlink"> http://fishnet.com.au/default.aspx?id=227 </a> I want to have something very similar where members can submit a report which is then checked by an admin and allowed to be posted. Also want Pro Angler Reports where they are able to submit reports which are also checked by an admin before being posted. Also must have a search function as shown right side of that website. Clone of what is there would be suitable. Using mysql as database.
