Scope of the «Program»<br/>The Scope of the Program is the creation of a Web Application, with which the users from Procurement Department of each organization will have the ability to easily create the Procurement Plan.<br/>The application GUI (User Interface) should be:<br/>• Simple<br/>• Easily Accessible<br/>• Based on Information Architecture rules and compliant to W3C specifications<br/>The specifications will be finalized on Tuesday 17.02.2009.<br/>Until then i'm Analyzing the Business needs and update the Functional Specs document.<br/>The attached document is a formalized way to track and list all Functional Requirements for the Application, getting the feedback from the client and from the final-target users of the application.<br/>This means that this document is a work-in-progress, but the version 1.0 of it, will become the Functional and Business Specifications for version 1.0 of the Web Application.<br/>I want an EXPERT to do the Job and not a junior one.<br/>I want from you to have working experience of Business Applications.<br/>The Project is large and will have new versions.<br/>I WANT THE QUALIFIED DEVELOPERS TO BE PART OF THE PROJECT ANALYSIS.<br/>That's why i'm sending the Requirements as a work-in-progress document.<br/>You will have the ability to change your bid until 17.02.2009.<br/>I will upload every change on specs.<br/>The Project will be the start of a long time partnership with the Provider and it will executed using Project Management Methodology.
