<br/>I recently accidently downloaded a virus to my computer. I went to Geek squad at Best Buy and they said it was the Antivirus 360. A pop up will appear saying I have a virus and need to download a file to protect my computer and when you click on the window it will download the virus. Apparently, this virus is hard to locate and can be difficult to remove.<br/><br/>I have a gateway computer, purchased about a year ago.<br/><br/>I can provide remote access to my computer through logmein.com or another method if you have one in mind. I'm hoping to remove the virus as cheaply as possible.<br/><br/>Please let me know if you need any additional information.<br/>Thanks,<br/>Nathan
