<br/>This job is for the creation of an 11x17" half-fold double sided brochure that will be used to advertise a professional symposium. Our organization has a large amount of information, agenda items, and marketing points related to this event and we are seeking a provider who can provide end-to-end copy creation, design, and delivery services. The scope of services required includes:<br/><br/>1. Reviewing existing marketing collateral, available event information, current agenda, and key marketing points<br/><br/>2. Creating appropriate, professional copy based on the information provided<br/><br/>3. Creating an engaging, professional brochure that communicates the event, benefits of attending, and "excitement" regarding the event itself<br/><br/>We expect that this project will require several rounds of communication during the information gathering and copy creation phases. Once complete, we would expect 3-4 proposed layouts plus 1-2 rounds of revisions based on the layout selected. The final deliverable must include a source Adobe Illustrator or similar file, any required fonts, as well as rights to all graphics used. Subject to approval during the design process, the organization will buy the rights to necessary graphics if required.<br/><br/>We look forward to receiving your proposal.
