What I need or require:

A flash website that will contain the following main sections - Lifestyle (text content with pictures), History (text content with pictures), Contact Information (text and pictures), Location Map (see notes below), Floor Plans (links to several floorplan graphics or single page with multiple floorplans on it. Perhaps clicking small photo to load larger photo, etc.), Properties Available For Sale/Lease (List of properties available with links to single page for each property. Plan on 10-15 properties for initial site launch), Master Deed (text), Rules & Regulations (text), Newsletters (pdf of latest version of newsletter)

I will provide you with ALL content required to complete this project.

The most difficult part of the project will be the location map. The client wants to figure out how to have a map that will show where each property is based on the address of the property. This is a condo community. So, the goal is to make this function cool but not too time consuming. The client mentioned wanting to be able to type in the address of a property in a search box and the map automatically going to that property. I told him that with a couple hundred properties, this would be very time consuming and not within his budget. So, I'm asking how we can do something that will look good but not take a ton of time. Is it possible to program google's map functionality into the page so if they search for the property by address, the google map with all its goodies will load? (bird eye view, street view, map view, satelite view, etc. etc.) The other option could be to simply block the properties into sets of 10 or so (I believe there are about 250 properties total) so when viewers click a block that contains the address they are interested in, it will load that section of the map. The client seemed most interested that this functionality seem very interactive and modern compared to other condominium association websites. Based on my research, it won't be hard to beat other condo websites in this area.

I will provide all text copy, photos, logos, etc. needed to incorporate into this design. You'll be responsible for providing style sheets for proposed designs that I can approve before moving forward with flash design.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:

My client wants us to handle maintenance on this website so it's possible that you'll get an hour's worth of updates each month for this site. Please let me know what you will charge to make updates per hour after the website is completed.

Timeframe for delivery:

My goal is to have the style sheets ready for me to review within one week and the finished design completed before June 10. Let me know what's feasible based on your production/design schedule.
