Description
I need a GREAT graphic designer to design the new look of my site upgrade. I just need the design in the either an .ai or .psd file format and ALL source images used. The layout must be considerate of loading speeds and that the site will be using CSS for 90% of the layout. The layout must include at least 3 or 4 advertising banner location of varying standard sizing. More details will be given to a select few / short listed.
