hello, phase-I of our real estate-crawler search site has been finished. (php/mySql).
Basic Objective of our site : To crawl listings from prominent real estate sites in India and display the search results by filtering the search criterias as specified by the user during searching and then displaying the matching listings. So basically, from the user's point of view, our site is a real estate search engine. (although it is crawler based function and only certain websites are crawled)
