Job Responsibilities:<br/>&lt;span style="color: black; font-size: 13.5pt"&gt;&#160; Create unique, user-friendly Web designs and implement the Web design parameters, style guides and visual standards based on requirements and specifications provided. Create original HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, graphics, icons, style sheets and other graphic elements. Work as Team to gather design, navigation, layout and other requirements for custom Web sites and Web application user interfaces. Gather content information and implement the provided Web content to build out the Web site and applications. Design application interfaces with a focus on usability.<br/>Job Qualifications: &lt;span style="color: black; font-size: 13.5pt"&gt;&#160; Must be proficient in PhotoShop, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Flash proficiency is a bonus. Must have strong problem solving skills and be able to take direction. A high degree of creativity and design skills are required.<br/>Notes:<br/>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Project is short term, and depending on the quality of work, there is high possibility that the successful applicant will be offered the first right to denial on future projects. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;<br/>
