Our company needs to give our clients the ability to setup and manage their online event registration pages. So, we need two deliverables:<br/><br/>Dynamic Registration Form<br/>Admin Section where the form can be designed by non-technical users. JotForm.com has the basic functionality we are looking for. However, there are some things they have that we don't need and they don't have some things that we do need. Please see our detailed requirements in "other requirements".<br/><br/>We need the registration form to save the responses to a database, so a table structure will need to be developed that will allow for dynamic forms to be saved.<br/><br/>We don't need any styling or graphic design for this work, just the base functionality. At that point we will port the code over to our existing code set<br/><br/>The following languages need to be used. We are ok with either JSF (running on tomcat 5) or PHP.<br/><br/>Our database is mySQL.<br/>
