i'm looking for a turnkey website for businesses to refinance their existing debt.  similar to what zillow.com or lendingtee.com does for consumers to refinance or find a mortgage.  same principal but applied to business loans. 
would need supporting sql database and ability for companies to enter a financial profile (i will provide details/fields).  needs to be sortable by my banks to review the potential deals.
website needs to be functional and include a blog that i can update and background on me.  site needs to be ready-to-run for seo optimization and loaded in working order onto a remote hosted server.  also need confidential communication between company and bank.  open to suggestions and piggybacking off existing platforms but need ownership of code.
