Software program was developed in MS Visual Basic" title="Visual Basic projects outsourcing,Visual Basic software outsourcing">Visual Basic and .NET, with I/O between multiple MS Excel spreadsheets and software.



After 3 man-months of coding, followed by 1 man-month of debugging, Lead Developer quit to take other job during software debugging phase. Currently, the software runs, but crashes repeatedly for 1 or more latent bugs from legal I/O entries by user.



Your task is to debug the software (either manually, or write test code to test automatically) so that all legal and illegal I/O no longer crashes the program, no memory leaks, etc..



Once this task is complete (as verified by our internal tests of your finished product), we will be Beta-test marketing the software to our waiting customers. Based on the customer's feedback, there may be follow-on work for you to correct logic problems/errors that we will subsequently discover, or add additional features to the software, RAM reduction, speed increase, optimization, etc.



Prior to receiving the source code, you will be required to sign a non-competition and non-disclosure agreement, and we will own all copyright, trademark, moral, and other intellectual property rights for the work you will perform, and all derivatives therefrom.
