We are looking for a desktop application that creates multiple unique resource boxes for article submissions.

Here is a basic flow of how it would work.

1. customer chooses the main keyword they are looking to target
2. enters it into desktop software
3. hits button...system goes to google keyword tool..google sends back captcha through desktop software...customer enters captcha
4. keyword tool returns first list (top) synonym keyphases to desktop software (eg - return of 150 keyphrases based on initial keyword query) (for all searches must also acquire average CPC data and allow the client to list up/down based on average search volume and average CPC)
5. customer manually reviews and purges non-relevant synonyms/long-tail keywords
6. customer hits button - system goes back to keyword tool and pulls first list (top) keyphrases on the first set of keywords (eg 150 keyphrases for each of the previous 150) (may have to time delay a lot of this so they don't get banned - kind of like a set and forget system they come back later to)
7. software presents them the long list which they purge and edit
8. customer has option to add or paste in a list of their own keywords
9. customer gets to select their top 400, 1000, 5000, 10000 phrases and store those (server side) for later use

Next phase

1. customer uploads articles to strip sentences out of (basically breaks paragraphs down into sentences), or, customer creates sets of sentences for the resource boxes
2. if uploaded articles are used and sentences stripped out, client must be able to delete/deselect sentences they don't wish to use.

next step

1. customer inputs URLs they wish to target in their resource boxes
2. customer has ability to specify whether they want a 2 or 3 sentence structure  
3. customer hits 'create' button and the system generates 1000's of resource boxes based on all the info put in

Other thoughts

1. we need to build in a tinyurl generator to shorten some of the URL's
2. need error trapping on the resource box length done in the background, for example, on creation of the resource boxes it deletes any created resource boxes over 500 characters before serving up the results to the customer
3. software is subscription based so it has to do a post to an api to check the license for that user each time it starts

This is a simple program to write and should not take more than a week or so.  We are thinking it should be programmed in flex/air to create a nice user experience, however we are open to your thoughts and ideas as well.
