We would like to request a quote for our next application, "Splash of Color FREE". The following is the description for the application:<br/>"Splash of Color FREE" will essentially be very similar to the existing application, ColorSplash (demo video). I'm guessing this will be implemented by allowing the user to select an image and then have a colored layer below a black and white layer of the photo. We will leave the design of the implementation up to your team.<br/>- Bottom toolbar will have: images, undo, paint (color, gray, brush size, pan/zoom), save, free apps<br/>- the paint button will have a pull up menu where the user can select to paint in color, paint in gray, choose the brush size, or go into pan/zoom mode.<br/>- pan/zoom will just unselect the brush and allow the use to move the picture around on the screen and zoom in/out<br/>- the user should also have the ability to zoom in/out using two fingers at all times<br/>- retain image quality on iPhone/iPodTouch<br/>- implement Pinchmedia and Admob<br/>- use "Free the Apps!" animation with NO sound
