Hello,
I'm looking for a team that can create a tracking platform that can download and optimize 100s of rows of data. The software will be used to study and optimize online ad data and so must be able to integrate with many different sites.

Please make sure you understand this industry first.
Please make sure you know how to optimize data... Knowledge in 6-sigma fundamentals or linear regression methods are recommended.
We will essentially be creating a software like that one, but adding a few more features to it. It will be possible to use its code as a base.
I will be open to hiring different groups of people with different talents for this project. Provide references of other works that are similar in nature.
