Hello,<br/>It's required to create a PHP-MYSQL appointments reservation system to be destributed on the internet . the system should have a :<br/>1)simple visitor like the attached screan shot that help visitors to:<br/>a)login to the system (if login is required by admin)<br/>b)book , confirm and manage thier appointments easily<br/>2) an admin part to adjust the application settings (weekends , time intervals, if login is required, if admin-approval is essential before setting an appointment of the , front end theme .....extra) all settings will be sent along with an ER diagram of the Database .<br/>This task include both graphic designing and development of the web application application , examples and screan shots will be sent<br/>
