This is a very exciting web 2.0 project where users can register and have their own accounts. Users can upload images that will be processed by our service and delivered back to them. There are two types of users.
We require the following expertise:
* php+mysql coding of the functionality and backend features * CSS design of the frontend pages
CSS Design We will provide photoshop images that show exactly the final look of every single page of the project, and we also provide all the graphics. This means that no design is needed, all we need is for your team to use CSS / HTML to implement the pages according to the photoshop models and graphics we provide
PHP Coding We would like you to use PHP 5 and above; You can use a framework or work from scratch; we think a framework could be an interesting idea to speed up the development but this is an option we would evaluate together to see the pros and cons
Number of Pages to implement There are only 13 unique pages in the project;  plus we need an administration simple control panel that would have another 6 extra pages, very simple ones to administer some of the database tables.
Confirmations and Thank yous of some of these pages will be hidden DIV boxes that are displayed on top of the pages. 
Dynamic HTML
Many of the pages have to use simple hidden html DIVs that show thank you messages or status messages in response to user actions.
Database Design We will use Mysql ; we have already done the initial draft of the schema design and all the tables needed; The coder will work with us to refine this design.
