I want to build a multi-media social networking software. This software should include an easy to use desktop api +cms. My network should include features such as<br/>Multimedia players (audio &amp; video) - Live Broadcasting capabilities<br/><br/>Video conferencing up to 8 participants per room<br/><br/>Voting, Polling, Ranking - Fully Customizable design capabilities for user and admin<br/>Upload / Download - Search Engine - Forum - Classifieds<br/><br/>Comments - Basic &amp; Paid membership capabilities<br/>and possibly desktop collaboration features.<br/><br/>I'd like to complete this project asap. Funds are limited but there are funds for the right candidate. I will also need long term hourly assistance in site maintenance.<br/><br/>
