I need a php expert.  I currently have a webiste in php that I want to update.  I know the basics in html and css but not php. A friend created it for me. The site that I'm working on will need a new program in it.  I currently have a directory, that does advertising for cleaning companies. 

I am looking to add two things.  I want it to have banners at the top of each state so that my customer can pay my company for the add placement and two I want to add a section for different services to provide.  It currently has only one type of service and I want it to have a total of 25 different cleaning services.

Also it is very important that the search engines find this as much as possible.  We currently have success in the one service that we do but are looking to expand into 25 different services.
