Description
We need to add functionality on our front-end web page and back-office page, to dynamically add fields to some of our front-end forms. These fields will be configured through a new form in our back-office page, as they are dependent on the services being requested by users. The programmer will have to build the back-office form, a new front-end form, new database tables, and modify other front-end pages.
Our site is built with asp, and connects to a SQL server 2005.
