I am looking to develop a new company website designed to convert internet traffic from organic searches, ppc, blogs ads, banner ads, articles and any other random traffic.

I want the main website to be 10 different pages, consisting of 8 main tabs and two small tabs. From these main pages I want to create three different types of websites.

I want to have the website look not exactly but similar to www.myzipmortgage.com

Different Websites

Home Buyers Version - Coming from a real estate agent perspective

Financing Version - Coming from a lenders perspective

Corporate Version - same as teh financing site with a different home page.

I will also need landing pages developed for my website that aren't accessible from the main tabs. Each one of these landing pages will have a video on them with a form for the prospective client to fill out. The webform will be a four step progresseive webform similar to webforms on pages like the following.

The whole idea with the progressive web forms is that I want it to be easy for the client to fill in the informaiton and by the end I have everything I need to run a pre-approval on them.
