A Member's login area where the person wishing to register is required to pay a subscription to access the website. Membership fees are to be paid using a secure facility such as PayPal. Once the Member has paid the registration fee they can access the member's area of the website using the pin number or access number obtained. We require that subscribed members once logged in with their access/pin number then have the ability to choose from a number of options/documents.

1. If an option is selected, which can be chosen from a selection of various headings such as territory and sector, this allows access to a different areas or documents. Some of the options would be listed on the website others would have to be entered manually.

2. Once a document has been selected, these documents can be completed online, they are then downloaded. Each client will have access to their own documents for a period of 30/60 days without any fee being charged but if they lose the document and want to revert to it afterwards a charge will ensue to retrieve that document.

If an error is made while the document is being completed on line an email would need to be sent to let the member/website manger know that an error has been made. A further amendment would need to be made to rectify the error on the document. I.e. Validation on the document.

When a document has expired it is no longer available, it would have to be removed from the website. The clients/members that have used this document, should be informed of this by email. This email would have a link which should allow the member to enter the website via the members log in area with the required password and pin/access number.
