Description
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit community theatre that is looking to have an online database to manage our members, participants and sponsors.
We'd like a person to be able to access the front end of the database to create an account and give all sorts of profile information. This information should be seasrchable from the admin end of the database.
For example, let's say that we're looking for potential Vocal Directors for a show. We should be able to search for vocal directors and have a report listing all of the people that had expressed an interest in Vocal Direction. Same would apply for Stage Managing, Acting, producing and so on.
Likewise we should be able to search for attributes like actresses with brown hair (all included in the profile).
Not all of our participants are due paying members and we'd like to keep track of who is an official member of the group, type of membership (adult, student, household or senior) and if their membership is current or lapsed. We should be able to, upon retrieving a list from a querie, to send a message (email) to everyone listed. So if we retrieved a list of potential directors, we could send out a single message or email stating that we're holding director interviews.
I guess the specifics can be mulled over at a later time but in a nutshell we need users to be able to create profiles and access theirs at a later date to update the profiles as well as allow an admin account to create new entries, specifically for sponsors, but anyone really. These profiles need to be searchable, and we need to be able to either select all or certain people out of a search result to message them.
The budget that was board approved is $300 USD
