Looking for a full time EXPERIENCED developer with the above mentioned skills, in the search for development of a functional multi user portal for a client within the advertisement industry.<br/>The portal includes development of core framework, server side elements, server side procedures as well as the front end framework (proposed flex framework). The client have a functional work flow within their existing business (in excel) and wish to place this excel spreadsheet on the web, alternative within an adobe air application, which communicates via the web to a central database.<br/>The system has a predefined mock-up ready, with details and design + sample applications for work flow understanding. Although the XLS file (sample file with live data) looks&nbsp; intimidating, the system does rely on not more than 15 forms, with a reasonable amount of functions included, the full application would most likely be less than 3 months in development time.<br/>Look and feel is defined as standard flex/air (Tour De Flex) – effort should be placed on “thinking like an desktop application developer” coding for the web. Application style wise would look something like an CRM Application application, simple data input, and presentation of a large scale of values and numbers.<br/>I wish to sing up as a full time service (125 hours pr month) – but the project is fixed price for the 3 months, no matter the amount of time the developer uses. There will be a bonus payout upon final delivery (For fixes and qa) - Final 4'th month / halftime.&nbsp;<br/>User acceptance testing and error reporting will be done onsite in Scandinavia (Bi-weekly basis), according to normal expectation.
